भला लग्जरियस गाड़ी लेने का शौक किसका नहीं रहता है, हर कार को चाहने वाले का लक्ष्य एक दिन प्रीमियम गाड़ी को लेना तो होता ही है, अब ऐसा भी नहीं है कि बजट कम है तो कोई लग्जरियस कार न ले, ऐसी स्थिति में अधिकतर लोग यूज्ड लग्जरियस कार के पीछे भागते हैं जिसको बढ़िया से मेंटेन करके रखा गया हो और खरीदने पर उनको एक्सपीरियंस भी बढ़िया मिले।

लेकिन लग्जरियस गाड़ियों के प्रति ये दीवानगी Mercedes Benz जैसी कंपनी के लिए भारत में दिक्कत पैदा कर रहा है, शोरूम पर कोई भी Mercedes Benz की कार 7 दिन से ज्यादा टिक ही नहीं रही है और बिक जा रही है, अब भला इसमें दिक्कत क्या है और डीलर के साथ कंपनी किस प्रकार परेशान हैं आइए जानते हैं।

हाल ही में Mercedes Benz India के CEO संतोष अय्यर ने खुलासा किया इस वर्ष मर्सडीज बेंज गाड़ी की कुल बिक्री में यूज्ड कारों की बिक्री लगभग 20% रहने वाली है और यह आंकड़ा धीरे-धीरे बढ़ता ही जा रहा है, उन्होंने जहां पिछले वर्ष 16000 गाड़ियां बेची थी उसमें भी लगभग 3000 यूज्ड गाड़ियों की हिस्सेदारी थी, जिस कारण से बिक्री का यह ग्राफ 20% यूज्ड कारों का हो गया था और भविष्य में इसके और ज्यादा बढ़ने की आशंका है।

आपकी जानकारी के लिए बता दें मर्सडीज कंपनी आधिकारिक तौर पर अपनी पुरानी यूज्ड गाड़ियों को “मर्सिडीज-बेंज सर्टिफाइड” नामक चेन के जरिए बेचती है।

कंपनी की यूज्ड गाड़ियों की भी इतनी ज्यादा अच्छी बिक्री हो रही है, यह वाकई में फक्र की बात है की 20 फीसदी मर्सिडीज बेंज गाड़ियों का मार्केट कैप्चर केवल यूज्ड गाड़ियों के सेगमेंट ने कर रखा है, लेकिन जिस प्रकार से यूज्ड Mercedes Benz की गाड़ियों की डिमांड बढ़ रही है उस प्रकार से कंपनी और डीलर गाड़ी को मुहैया नहीं करा पा रहे हैं इसी कारण से उनको काफी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।

दरअसल, यूज्ड गाड़ियों को बेचने के लिए यूज्ड गाड़ियों का होना भी उतना ही आवश्यक है और कस्टमर की तरफ से कम बिक्री के कारण Mercedes Benz की यूज्ड गाड़ियों की प्रॉपर सोर्सिंग होने में समस्या आ रही है।
